Seismic Rating of School Buildings
On 20th June 2013 we received an earthquake assessment rating for our school buildings. The table below shows these ratings.
Ministry of Education guidelines at the time stated that the minimum acceptable rating was 34% of New Building Standard and that the plan was to improve all school buildings to 67% NBS.
St Bernard’s buildings are all rated above this level.
